Jean has worked in IT for over 19 years, in which 18 years with Oracle technologies. Since 2015, Jean is Principal Infrastructure & Database Architect at eProseed. Jean is a specialist in the areas of Oracle Database administration, performance tuning and high availability, including advanced Oracle database features. Jean has been working in multiple projects as principal Oracle DBA in mission critical environments, along with some Oracle Forms & Report development at the beginning of his career. Amongst his top missions, Jean has been working on performing many major mission-critical Oracle database migrations, maintaining many Oracle database environments at multiple customer sites (PSeries, Exadata, Super Cluster, SPARC, x86, Solaris, Linux, AIX, HPUX, 8i, 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c).Jean has also been involved in major migration and performance tuning of a Solaris based application & database to Oracle Database on SuperCluster. Jean and the team at eProseed have received 13 Oracle Awards the last 6 years, amongst which multiple times the Oracle Partner of the Year, Oracle Middleware Partner of the Year, Industry Partner of the Year, and Oracle Fusion Middleware Global Innovation.
